Can we rent our home and keep it as our primary residence?
We are considering a cheaper way of living and have thought about renting out our 'paid for' home and moving onto a holiday caravan site for most of the year. I do not believe that we are allowed to use the caravan site as a 'primary residence' which theoretically leaves us with no official UK residency although we would still be here most of the year. Can we still use the home we own as our official address even though it would also be the address of our tenants? Would be interested to receive any advice on the topic.
