how much to charge family member rent

hi there, i am a bit stuck with this ...one of our family has to leave the house she rents. we have said that we will help her out and she can move into our spare room. she is expecting to pay rent and we are that skint we cant afford our costs to rise for household bills. my question is how much should we charge per week in order to cover the extra bills - ie usage for extra electric/gas/dishwasher/washing machine. etc we want to help her out and not make money from her but we cant afford to be out of pocket... please help!
