Have you received your new mobile phone from Orange after 18 months?

If you took out the £5 a month 3yr contract from Orange and are 18 months or more in to the contract you are due a new phone, I learnt today that Orange aren't sending them out automatically as many haven't been received, so you only get one if you contact them, it will be a Nokia C2 01.
