Should I vote AV or not AV?

I'm so uninterested I may not even vote. Are there any convincing arguments for or against AV?

It will matter very little, but slow down the process very considerably or those expensive machines will need to be used.

It will givw LibDem voters a second vote when they get discarded so that they can decide whether to go Left or Right, but the other parties won't make much difference.

I will but there is a Council vote at the same time and I don't vote for a minority party so I will say NO.

I will vote yes but with reservations, I would like the system to reallocate from next largest party downwards after parties with a certain percentage of the vote have qualified to go through to the next round.
