Does anyone have experience using Moneybookers or Neteller and if so which one would they recomend. I need to purchase something from the USA (it is a safe site) and only have a Visa Electron card which they don't take. I have a paypal account but they don't use that either so the only 2 options I have are to use Moneybookers or Neteller but am unsure which one to go for. Thank you.
