Does anyone have experience using Moneybookers or Neteller and if so which one would they recomend.
I need to purchase something from the USA (it is a safe site) and only have a Visa Electron card which they don't take. I have a paypal account but they don't use that either so the only 2 options I have are to use Moneybookers or Neteller but am unsure which one to go for.

37I have used Moneybookers for almost two years, mainly to move money from one account to another (nothing dodgy!), though I have used it once or twice to pay for things online. I find it easy to use, secure and reliable. I would recommend the service.
