Hi, I booked an airline ticket in Jan 2010 but the airline did not collect the money. At the end of March I saw a transaction on my bank statement for
an amount I did not recognise (I didn't realise it was for the booking I had made). I raised a fraud alert to my bank who subsequently requested for the money to be refunded to me. Now the airline has written to me re-requesting for the money. I am obliged to pay them?
