I have been receiving emails that i am entitled as a beneficiary of a dying person that i do not know. How do i get rid of these mails?

These emails has been reaching my inbox and scam email account. On the emailed letters it said that they need my help. To do the transaction or to transfer the said amount they need my personal details like complete name, sex, nationality, country, etc. Is this a scam? What must i do in order not to receive any more emails like this? I need information. Thank you!
