i have been contacted by a company called Toucan Claims who say they can refund PPI i have paid in error. They want £250 upfront. Recommend or not?

    Don't tell me, thay want paying by Western Union as well?!

    Unless somebody comes along with actual experience think of a phrase including bargepole. No downside for them is there, once they have your money?
