Does anyone have any majic way of getting a travel insurance company to pay a claim. Been waiting four months and going in circles.
No e-mail responses. They don't even respond to the policy seller (flexicover). Went from claims handler, approved for payment, accounts to cost containment, then back to claims handler. 4 months gone by.
