    An IVA is an english solution. the scottish equivalent is a TRUST DEED

    Qualify is a strange question. See an insolvency practitioner and preferably one in the charity sector. CCCS, or CAB, or National Debtline. Do not be tempted to be sold one of these, they are only suitable in a small minority of cases. Other solutions are more likely, but a full appraisal needs to be made of your circumstances.
