The time is approaching where the fabulous fixed rate is coming to an end, new rate with Northern Rock will be 4.75%. Rate is not bad, but they do not allow overpayments as part of the deal that was offered at the time. Property is worth £260k and has £185k outstanding. Any recommendations on which mortgage provider I should move to to get a better deal.
