I have a tenant in arrears. How can I track her to reclaim the arrears once she's left my property if she doesn't leave a forwarding address?

I have a county court judgement awarding me possession of my flat and the rent arrears. The possession date has passed without her moving out so I'm getting the county court bailiffs in. She's likely to be housed by the council but they say they can't give me her address unless she allows them to. If I'm trying to claim the arrears in installments from her benefits or salary, does anybody know how I can find her?!
