I want to move to a two bedroomflat in sought after location. I cannot afford it without a lodger. I need the lodger to move in and be paid up on the day I collect the keys. How can I ensure I have a lodger to move into the property on the same day? Should I offer below market value in to ensure I always have someone ready to move in?
