Is the ING Direct saving account for me? Do you have personal experience e.g. what is there customer service like.

I'm thinking of setting up this savings account http://www.ingdirect.co.uk/savings/variable_rate/default.asp are there any hidden costs or things I should be aware of? The 2.75% AER rate is what is tempting me , I was thinking of putting my saving into and paying a monthly amount then after a year changing to another account. My only problem is I can't seem to find any good reviews online - there always either old or negative. Can somebody give me some advice on this bank and if this is a good deal. Thank you
