If you cancel the contract or just stop paying they will bill you for the remainder of the contract period, If you don't pay it they will go to the small claims court and get judgement against you.

You don't want to go there.

I just paid £112 of my remaing contract with 3, due to going over to another company that I get broadband already. They offered me a free mobile £10 a month, 24 month contract. I just use my 3 now has a Pay has you Go, if need be.
