If you have an Iphone - when you use the internet on it does the time you are on there come off your inclusive minutes?

    There are usually separate allowances for each function.

    Yes, as MikeGG1 pointed out there are seperate allowances. You have (talk) minutes, texts and data. Check with your provider to see what your data allowance is. If you're on contract or on specific PAYG tariffs you'll usually get unlimited internet data use on an iPhone (subject to "fair use"), assuming the tariff/contract was bundled when you bought the iPhone and you didn't just buy it outright or second hand.
