Missing Cash ISA transfer - what can I do?

I transfered my Abbey ISA to Intelligent Finance back in February, I received a letter from Santander on the 25th February saying that the transfer had been made. I finally got round to checking with Intelligent Finance at the end of March whether they had received the transfer and they confirmed that they had not. I called Santander at the beginning of April and they raised a support request with an internal department to have the cheque re-issued. Since then I have called three times and each time told that its in hand but nothing has happened so far. Rather worringly the last time I called, the operator could not find my details, as though I have been deleted from their system?! Is there anything I can do to put pressure on them to resolve the issue? I am concerned that my money (~£3000) will be lost for good!
