I am 43 with no pension but work abroad. My mortgage is £130000 paid at 1% above base. I have tenants in my flat and earn £1000 clear per month on it. I currently pay interest only and have started a cash ISA. What is the best thing to do with the £1000? Pay capital and interest or invest or both? How do I ensure a decent retirement income. Problem I know but help appreciated.
