Does anyone know what is happening with the BA and Virgin passenger refund scheme for illegal fuel charges? I'm told payments are being made but when?

There's an 0800 number you can call if you have already made a claim and are waiting for a payment. BA and Virgin won't do this automatically - they are relying on customer inertia to keep the total amount of refunds down.
