are there any 100% mortgages from banks?

    No. You need to save for a deposit. And have a good enough salary to justify the amount you want to borrow.

    The only people getting '100%' mortgages these days are people who have to move for work reasons and don't have any equity in their current property and re-mortgage with the same provider. Even then it is only a few providers who do it.

    You need a deposit of 10%, but the better interest rates are for higher deposit levels.
