Unable to put a stop loss on shares in my ISA.

I have had a NATWEST S&S ISA for many years and most of the shares are long termers. However I have recently taken more of an interest in active buying and selling and how they work and notice that my ISA provider does not allow me to put stop loss limits on my shares. Pretty prehistoric i am beginning to think. I am also not able to put any upper sell limits either or purchase limits which last over 24 hours. I am not able to see my protfolio on screen as it is not on theinternet. i understand for some reason natwest and natwest stockbrokers are different. I have checked and am not able to do anything online. The problem is that should I wish to change them to an online broker the charges will be prohibitive. Does anyone have any suggestions??
