Cheap Turkish Lira?

Going to Turkey end of April for 1 week. Does anyone have suggestions as to where to get the best exchange rates for currency?  The place we will stay at is all inclusive, two adults and two children (both 5 years old). Does anyone know how much should we take in local currency? (we are unlikely to do more than one trip out of the resort and buy a couple of souvenirs). rest of the time by the pool /beach. Thanks
