Does anyone know the facts on this. There are three dormers on the roof and i don't think that the lower flats should pay for the costs to repair, replace the slates as they don't get the benefit. The title deeds do not give the answer. my solicitor said that i shouldn't, but one of the upper flats said that their solicitor said that the dormers were part of the original building.
