Land banking scam?

We have been duped in a land banking scam and now have 4000 sq ft of prime Surrey land that we cannot now sell, along with lots of other investors; because the collective land banking company has (surprise, surprise) disappeared. The company was called English Land Partnerships and was later known as London Land and Property Exchange (also deceased). This all occurred between 2006 - to date. I am wondering whether there is anyone (or more) out there who has been involved in this scam, and if there is, whether we could get our collective heads together to work out how we may be able to sell this land for profit (or at least get our money back)?
