Information on Bank of Cyprus?

I want to open a fixed-rate ISA in BOC, but am wary as it's covered by the (generous) Cyprus Compenstaion Scheme, not the FSCS. Does anybody know anything about BOC, either good or bad?

    Bank of Cyprus appears to be well founded but the problem as I see it is that Cyprus is linked to an extent to Greece and the Greek economy has problems.

    The compensation scheme is for €100,000 but would Cyprus be able to pay up?
