Am I being stupid, or is there only one cash ISA that Lovemoney recommends?

410that would probably be because it is the only one paying them money for the recommendation. This sort of site is NOT a comprehensive review of everything availiable.
Here are some more for you to look at:
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/savings/isas/cash/
and http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa.

804There have been other recommendations but I assume that Abbey are the only ones who are currently commissioning them. ISA rates tend to be low at the moment such that a basic rate taxpayer gets very little advantage from them.
There are some exceptions so if you have a particular type in mind please re-post. Suggested types might be Instant Access, Term deposits or Regular Saver.

272Santander in general seem to be supporting lovemoney a lot at the moment - the Abbey Zero credit card and both Abbey and A&L's online accounts with possible interest free overdrafts. This is probably less to do with lovemoney and more to do with Santander being the only bank with any money to spend on expanding their customer base at the moment. All the others are just focusing on fleecing existing customers to build their balance sheets. Ah, tis the season to be cynical.

23It's true that while the savings section does list over 1400 accounts, it does not include ISAs, so that section of the site is unfortunately pretty bare. As a bit of light in the tunnel, we do regularly publish articles on the topic and last years crop can be found here:
http://www.lovemoney.com/news/archive.aspx?zone=isas&year=2009
Considering it is coming into "ISA season" I suspect that the crop for this year will soon be growing too so please do check the article pages!
However, if you want to search in the meantime, there are other sites that do provide a comprehensive service. As well as others named above, my personal favourite is the FSA. They offer a comparison service through their consumer site which can be found here (tick the "tax free" option):
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables/bespoke/SavingsAccount
It's probably one of the best search engines I have seen which covers cash ISAs and it's very easy to use. And as a feather in the cap, they also cover OEIC/unit trust ISAs (which seems to be a total rarity):
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables/bespoke/UnitTrust
Hope this helps!
