Does anyone using this site have problems with making faster payments using Halifax ?

I make several faster payments & then it seems you are blocked then from making further payments for a week. Other people on moneysavingexpert have this problem with Halifax. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=22815449 Wikipedia even records the uncertainty of the Halifax Faster Payment Service. The Halifax stock answer is that the "Faster Payment System is not guaranteed"
