I have money invested in L&G's UK All Share within a stocks and shares ISA. I haven't contributed to it so far this year.

To continue investing in UK All Share and take advantage of lower TER's available elsewhere can I transfer the L&G investment to another ISA provider and what's the mechanism to do that?

Thanks in advance

You will have to request that your new provider makes the transfer. It can only go direct from one provider to the other. Check what it will cost beforehand to see if it is worthwhile.

At least there is no bid/offer spread to lose when the units are sold and rebought under the new nominee.
