I have money invested in L&G's UK All Share within a stocks and shares ISA. I haven't contributed to it so far this year. To continue investing in UK All Share and take advantage of lower TER's available elsewhere can I transfer the L&G investment to another ISA provider and what's the mechanism to do that? Thanks in advance
