I'm on the point of retirement. When I look around the yachts in the coastal marinas, I can't help feeling that I must have made some really bad decisions in my life. Still, I've amassed enough for a reasonable retirement; I don't have lots of flash gear, but the mortgage was the only debt I ever had, and I was victorious over that!
