Most Wanted - Video script

This is a script of a Lovemoney.com video. instead of reading it, why not watch the video instead? You can find the video here.

Welcome to Most Wanted, the show where we look at the hottest financial topics on your Most Wanted list.

So, what's got you clicking your mouse this week?

First up is 'The town where house prices jumped 207%!' A new report has revealed property prices more than doubled in the nineties across the UK, and one town in particular has experienced spectacular growth. But you'll have to read the article to find out exactly where it is.

Our second most-read story of the week is 'Don't fall for the ISA rip-off lie'. Experts are telling us we're being offered a very poor deal when the rates on cash ISAs are even worse than ordinary taxable savings accounts. But we don't think you should believe the hype. Take a look at the story to find out why.

But our Most Wanted article this week is 'Claim £1,300 of your tax back'. John Fitzsimons tells us that, owing to a huge HM Revenue & Customs blunder, some of us could be paying £100 more in tax every month than we should be. But since you may not even realise you're out of pocket, this is one article you definitely don't want to miss.

Finally, the most talked about article is 'Seven days as a stingy git'.  Harvey Jones spends a week on a super strict budget, but it all goes a little bit wrong with one unavoidable night down the pub! If you've got some great advice on living more frugally, please join the debate.

For more fantastic money advice, check out articles, blogs and videos on lovemoney.com.

That's it from me. Thanks for watching. See you next time.
