    Check out your local charity shops for book bargains and cheap dvd's or if you're nearest town has a cex shop,check it out some not bad dvd's from 50p

    Thanks for your tip as its the first one i've read that doesn't involve me jogging or cycling. These options mean either investing in good trainers or a bicycle. I think a 50p dvd at home in front of the tv sounds good to me.
