<![CDATA[Transferring share ISA's]]> I have two share isa's with one provider, the first is performing poorly and projections look like it is likely to continue poorly over the next few years. The second is performing ok. My question is can I transfer the poor performance isa to another provider and leave the second isa with the original provider. This would mean two share isa's with different providers.

<![CDATA[Have I compromised my date of becoming an expat if I took out an ISA since moving overseas]]> HMRC say they will recalculate previous assessments when a form P85 ( declaration of moving overseas)is submitted. I dont have any income tax issues but have paid into an ISA. <![CDATA[I am a housewife and don't earn enough to pay tax is it really vital I use my ISA allowance?]]> As I don't earn anyway near enough from my current savings to pay income tax, is it still important for me to put what I have got into an ISA? All my current savings pay me interest gross as I have completed Form R85s for them. Also I don't want to tie up all my savings in a product that would mean I can't get to my money in case of a financial emergency. Any advice welcomed as I keep on reading here about how you shouldn't lose your ISA allowance .... but maybe you are all a lot richer than I am :-)
