Alliance and Leicester to Santander 402 problems

Hi

My Alliance and Leicester account was working fine prior to the transfer to Santander.

Now i have new account details and when I log into Santander online banking the site doesn't ask for a 'PIN' anymore. Just the following:

Personal ID or Card Number

Passcode

Registration Number

I have all these details and can log into the Santander online banking site with no problems.

LoveMoney asks me for a mandatory Customer PIN now as well which i technically don't have. Should I use the Passcode or Registration Number instead? I do have to provide the Passcode and Registration number but they are optional fields (which they are not when I log into the Santander account).

I've tried using Personal ID and then used the Passcode as PIN and also the Personal ID and then the Registration Number as the PIN. Both with nothing in the optional boxes but with no joy. Both giving me 402 errors

I've also tried this with the optional boxes filled out correctly, still with 402 errors

Thanks for your help

    Hi JaysonC,

Since the move our data partner have made a few changes to the agents on MoneyTrack, but it appears they have not changed the names for these agents.

If you no longer log in with a PIN then you should try add the account under the ex-abbey customers option for Santander.

Give this a go and then let me know how you get on.

    Best regards,

    Scott
