BM savings still getting 403 error

Hi Scott,

It's been a couple of days and I am still getting the 403 error on this account.

After a while the error changes to 518 until I renter security details again....then it will be back to the 403 error.

    Hi Gingellr,

    Thanks for getting back to me, sorry to hear that the 403 error did not resolve itself.

    I have now raised a service request with our data partner who will be able to investigate the matter further, and also look into why the 518 error is appearing at times.

    I will let you know as soon as I hear anything back from them.

    Hi there,

    Our data partner has got back to us and it appears that your account is failing due to unanswered security questions. One of these questions will be asked randomly in a prompt that will appear a moment or two after you refresh the accounts (this can take a while on occasions so please be patient). You will also have to answer this as quickly as possible as there is a time limit set on each of the questions.

    The above step will have to be repeated until all of the possible questions have been answered in order to allow our system to update automatically without any errors or prompts.

    Hi,

    There must be another issue

    From the begining it has always asked the security questions randomly which i always fill in thats when the 403 error is displayed.

    The 518 comes up after i try another refresh which is to do with security which i then fill in again then it goes back to the 403 error till the next request.

    It is also asking for the same security question on a refresh that i have already answered as well so it is not remembering the answers i type it which would explain why the 518 error is being displayed on a refresh

    So i think your data partner is describing the 518 error not the 403 as when i enter all the security details i am still getting the errors so not ever been able to see that particular account through your system.
