AIB Error Code 414

Have loved using this service for the past 18 months or so. At present my AIB (Irish) accounts are showing the above error code and failing to refresh. It did happened few months ago and resolved after a day or two, this time however it has not refreshed for 7 days. I've noticed in the forums that often you're able to resolve issues once you have visibility. Would you be able to take a look and let me know if there's anything I can do my end?

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems with MoneyTrack. I have raised a service request with our data partner who will be able to investigate the matter further and hopefully provide us with a fix as soon as possible.

    I will let you know as soon as I hear anything back from them.

    Just to let you know - all is well again. Checked balances this morning and my AIB accounts are refreshing normally so thanks again!
