Budgets disappeared!

Last week I spent quite a while setting and adjusting budgets for various categories.

Today I log in and they have all disappeared! I am getting very, very frustrated. Its one thing having to put up with the multitude of usability issues and bugs, with only the constant refrains of 'will be dealt with in v2' as a response - and never any indication when v2 will be released.

But when I cannot even rely on the site to retain what I've spent my valuable time working on, I have to start to question the value of using it at all.

Will my budgets magically reappear? Or do I need to re-enter all of them? I am rapidly losing patience with lovemoney.

    Hi Dja1971,

    I have just checked my MoneyTrack account and a budget I set up in August is still showing, so this means there must be an error relating to your account. I will get onto our tech team to look at this for you. Are you ever quoted an error code when setting the budgets?

    As with the time scale of v2 we are very close to a release but have been delayed with a few bugs which we want to get right before releasing to our users.

    Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.
