Metro Bank Now Supported

Hi,

I am back to ask once again, in a new thread, if you will please sort out the Metro Bank account? Its been months since it was BETA and it looks like it is now fully supported (no beta message around it any more).

I have filled out the relevant info but it returns an error code 402.

    Hi Souldeep,

    Metro bank has now been fully built by our data partner. I will look into the 402 error with them to try and find out why your account is still showing an error, sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

    Just to add - I have entered exactly the same security details in the security questions section than I do when I log into my Metro account. I have tried this on numerous occasions and deleted and reset up the account as well.

    Hello, I am also having issues adding Metro Bank. In addition, the Metro Bank credit card is also not currently supported, do you have a timeline on that?

    I will add the credit card to the list of requests, unfortunately I cannot provide a timeline as of yet on when this will be made available.

    The last update I got was on 14/02/2012 and the message was just saying that they are still investigating the issue and will let me know when there are any developments.

    The last update I had was 20 mins ago and they were informing me that they are still working on the case and will let me know as soon as there is a breakthrough, sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

    Can you make sure that you have updated your credentials so that they are exactly the same as they are on your metro bank account.

    Can you also check that you can log in via https://retail.metrobankonline.co.uk/servlet/BrowserServlet

    Hi Souldeep,

    I'm afraid I do not know the answer to that question. What I do know is that a 402 error can also be caused by deeper lying problems that are flagged up as a standard 402 error. I can only assume that your account is suffering from a deeper lying, more complex error that some of the other users on this thread.

    Our data partner gave us an update last week to let us know that they are still working on the issue. I will send them another message to ask how the case is progressing.

    Two weeks later - wow if they are working on it from the week pre the 26th March they must be spending a lot of resourse money on the problem. An update if you would PLEASE.

    We have not had an update on this issue as of yet. I am pretty sure that our data partner put these service requests to the back of their list due to it involving a beta agent.

    As soon as I hear back from them with an update I will let you know.

    Hi Scott,

    But in February you confirmed it was no longer beta and the beta mark was removed from the dashboard.

    I wouldn't of raised bug report if I had of understood it was still in beta and no chance of any sort of support.

    Is this still classed as beta to you guys? If so I suggest you add the beta sign back to the dash to make it clear. If not perhaps your agent needs to be informed it is no longer beta?

    Hi Souldeep,

    There seems to be some confusion over Metro bank, I have emailed our data partner to get this sorted out. The last I heard was that it was included in the list of beta agents on our system, but if it is being displayed as a fully-built agent then the email list may be wrong (or old and I have not received an update).

    Your service request is still being looked at by their team so I can only assume they are still working on this.

    I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them regarding the mix up, sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
