Added Barclays Current Account, 15mins still no balance nor data?

Really need help. I'd love to use this facility but I can't see why no data is coming in. No transactions and balance incorrectly shows £0 within lovemoney - yet I can see funds & transactions via logging into Barclays.

    I have the same problem - keeps quoting error 403. Its been doing this since Saturday when I set up my lovemoney account. Sounds like a really good tool if I could only get it to work!

    Hi Keywest,

    Sorry to hear about the issue you are having. A 403 error will usually resolve itself within 48 hours. Seeing as this hasn't happened to your account, I have raised a service request with our data partner who will be able to investigate the matter further.

    I will let you know as soon as I hear anything back from them.

    Our data partner have got back to us and believe that they have applied a fix to your account. Could you please perform a manual refresh and confirm whether this fix has worked or not?
