Barclaycard: error code 412

For the last 13 days my Barclaycard account has failed to update and is giving me "error code 412." Are their issues with the system?

    Hi Dieslowly,

    These types of errors will usually resolve themselves after a small amount of time (and a few refreshes) but in the meantime I have raised a service request with our data partner so that they can investigate. I will keep you updated on the progress of this investigations as soon as I hear anything back from them.

    If you could let me know if the errors resolve themselves before I have got back to you that would be great.

    13 days has turned into 16 and there's been no resolution yet.

    Scott, those 16 days have become 22 and the account is still showing error code 412.

    It's still not been fixed.

    Is there any movement on this issue?

    I'm afraid there hasn't been any updates on this problem, we received a message a few days ago saying that they are working on the issue but no fix as of yet.

    I have pushed them for an answer and escalated the case, sorry for the delay in this and thank you for your patience.

    Our data partner believe they have applied a fix to the account, can you perform a manual refresh and let me know if this is true or not.

    Can you let me know what the URL is that you will usually sign in to your online banking with?
