This week's highlights include free fresh fish at Sainsbury's (today only), dine in meal deals at M&S and Waitrose, restaurant vouchers and much, much more.

Aldi

This week’s Super 6 offer includes 150g of button mushrooms, 1kg of red onions, butternut squash, 750g of new potatoes, avocadoes and 500g of pasnips – all for only 49p each. Offers end 26th January.

Asda

Keep going with the healthy diet and stock up on courgettes for £1.37/kg (was £1.62/kg) and leeks for £1.67/kg (was £2/kg). But, if convenience is the order of the day, you can buy Birds Eye Sweet & Smokey BBQ Chicken (2 per pack) for £1 (was £1.67), various Old El Paso Packs for £2 (was £3.22), and Asda Mashed Potato (400g) for 85p (was £1). Asda have also got whole chickens for less (reduced from £3.28/kg to £2.78/kg), Butcher's Selection Boneless Chicken Thigh Fillets (4 per pack) for £3 (was £3.58) and Butcher's Selection Lean Pork Mince (700g) for only £2.97 (was £3.50).

Lidl

This week get 20% off selected meat including 1kg of chicken thighs for £2.09 (was £2.65), 12 Scotch beef meatballs for £1.25 (was £1.59), 700g of pork loin chops for £2.99 (was £3.79) and 500g of beef steak mince for £2.15 (was £2.69). And this weekend only, save 50% on 8-packs of Hazelmeade pork sausages (now 74p), fresh kiwis (now 13p each), Nesquik (now £1.26) and pains au chocolat (now 79p).

Marks & Spencer

This weekend at Marks & Spencer two dine in for £10 with a main, side, dessert and bottle of plonk up for grabs. Mains include pork medallions, cod and tomato bake, lemon sole and slow cooked pork. See the full menu here. Offer ends Tuesday 29th January.

Morrisons

Don’t miss BOGOF on Clover (£2), Pilgrim’s Choice (£3.99), Frijj (£1.25), Stateside Stonebaked Cheese Feast (£3) and Coca Cola/Diet Coke eight-packs (£3.98). You can also save 50% on Blue Ribbon eight-packs (now 77p), Walker’s Variety 22-packs (now £2.19), Kellogg’s All Bran (now £1.35), Typhoo 80 (now £1.14) and McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestives (now 87p).

Ocado have got breakfast sorted with their offers this week with everything from sweet treats such as Waitrose French Butter Croissants (8) for £1.79 (was £2.39), Genesis Crafty Big Pancakes (4) for £1 (was £1.39) and Activia Breakfast Pot Vanilla & Clusters (160g) for 49p (was 99p); some Ocado English Strawberries (400g) for £2.99 (was £3.99) teamed with Onken Biopot Natural Yogurt (1kg) for £1.33 (was £2); and traditional Young's Smoked Salmon Slices (300g) for £5 (was £10), or Ocado Beechwood Smoked Kipper Fillets (280g) for £1.39 (was £1.64).
