Best supermarket deals
Aldi
Aldi's Super Six this week are 500g of plums, 2.5kg of baking potatoes, 3 peppers, 450g of large vine tomatoes, 4/5 packs of nectarines and 7 packs of funsize apples – all for 69p!
Asda
Fill up your freezer with some of these discounted items; 907g bags of McCain Southern Fries for £1.76 (was £1.96), McCain Original Fries to Go (3x90g) for £1.62 (was £1.80), 2 for £3 Young's Cod 100% Fillet Fish Fingers (10 per pack), Young's Kipper Fillets with Butter for £1.15 (was £1.29) and 800g of Asda Chosen by You Lamb Chops for £4 (was £4.50).

Throughout September at Ocado it is Organic Month and they’ve teamed up with organic farm Daylesford to offer 25% off when you buy any two Daylesford products such as Daylesford Organic Cheddar 250g and Chocolate-Dipped Lemon Biscuits. Westin Gourmet
Finally, check out the special offers this week from online gourmet butcher Westin Gourmet which includes 19% off 450g packs of sliced ham (now £3.96), 17% off 2.45kg blocks of mature Cheddar cheese (now £16.29) and 22% off 500g of sliced chicken breast (now £4.01).
