This week there are great fruit and veg offers at Aldi, meal deals at M&S and Waitrose, all you can eat for £14.95 on Sunday and Monday at La Tasca, free isotonic drinks at Premier Stores, 15% off orders at Thorntons and a chance to win free Cadbury's or Lindt chocolates!

Best supermarket deals

Aldi

Aldi's Super Six this week are 500g of plums, 2.5kg of baking potatoes, three peppers, 450g of large vine tomatoes, 4/5 packs of nectarines and seven packs of funsize apples – all for 69p!

Asda

You can buy courgettes for £1.62/Kg (was £1.80) at Asda, or buy some radish for your salads (now 60p ,was 70p) for 250g and grab two for £3 on Extra Special Sweet Pointed Peppers (was £1.65 each).

Other deals include Asda Butcher's Selection British Beef Mince (500g) for £2 (was £2.60), leg of lamb joints for £6/kg (was £6.50/kg), and two for £4 on whole trout (was £2.38 each).

Get free delivery at Asda on any order worth £99 with the code AMFD2799, valid until 31st August.

Lidl

Half-price this weekend at Lidl are vine tomatoes (now 99p per kg), sliced cooked meats (now 69p) and 400g mild cheddar (now 99p), all available on Saturday and Sunday only.

You can also buy bunches of spring onions for 39p, 1kg of baby potatoes for 79p, 1.5L of Vitafit apple juice for 99p, Goodfella’s Stonebaked Thin Pizza for £1.15, 1kg of Harvest Basket French Fries for 69p and six-packs of Petits Filous for 99p.

Marks & Spencer

This week there's a Dine In for £10 at M&S, including your choice of main meal, side dish, dessert and bottle of wine. Browse the menu here.

Morrisons

Offers at Morrisons include two for £1.50 on punnets of plums, peaches and nectarines, half-price Dairylea Triangles (now 62p), Morrisons Signature Sausages 10-packs (now £2), Tayto Assorted Multipack Crisps 12 x 25g (now £1.20), Dolmio Taste of Sauce (now £1.02) and Fox’s Rocky nine-packs (now 79p).

Ocado

This week at Ocado buy Alpen Original Muesli (750g) for £1.25 (was £2.25), Jamie Oliver Brilliant Fish Fillet Fingers (10 per pack) for 99p (was £1.99), Bonne Maman Bitter Orange Marmalade for £1.42 (was £2.14) and Del Monte 100% Juice Orange Lollies (3x75ml) for £1.24 (was £2.49).

First time Ocado shoppers can use VOU1304996 for £10 off first orders over £50 (expires 31st Dec).

Sainsbury’s

Kicking off with some cheap meats, Richmond sausages (12-pack) are half-price at £1.50 and chicken thighs and drumsticks (820g) also have 50% off at £2, or you can save 50p on Sainsbury's Breaded Pork Steaks (2x260g), now £1.50 and buy a whole corn-fed chicken for £3.16/kg (was £3.95/kg).

If you want to pimp your lunchtime sarnie, Krakus Red Cabbage Salad is now 52p (was 66p), various Branston pickles, mayos and relishes are reduced to £1 (was up to £1.68), Garner's Original Pickled Onions (454g) are £2 (was £2.77) and Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce Original is £1 (was £1.49). Various herbs and spices have also been reduced including Ground Allspice from £1.67 to £1.33, Pickling Spice from £1.09 to 87p, Mustard Seeds from 75p to 59p, Ground Cumin from 95p to 76p and Whole Nutmeg from 69p to 55p.

Otherwise, Large Tesco British Roaster Chickens are £2.50/kg (was £3/kg), The Saucy Fish Co packs of Salmon Fillets and Smoked Haddock have 50p off, now £3.50 and Tesco Finest Mortadella is £1.90 (was £2.20).

You can also buy East End Pure Butter Ghee for £2.50 (was £3.99), various Heera sauces 1L for 99p (was £1.99), Dawtona Dill Cucumbers in Vinegar for 99p (was £1.59), Surya Kesar Mango Pulp (850g) is £1 (was £1.49) and you can buy two tins of Island Sun Coconut Milk for £1 (was 79p each), which is just about as cheap as coconut milk gets these days! 

Save £10 on a £50 spend online at Tesco with code XXAFFT, expires 31st August.

Waitrose

This week's top offers include three for £10 on barbecue meats, two-for-one Pizza Express pizzas, £10 Indian meal deal, two for £5 sausages and two for £4 on picnic goodies.

Westin Gourmet

Finally, check out the special offers this week from online gourmet butcher Westin Gourmet which includes 23% off 500g of pork fillet, now £6.50, 15% off 2.27kg packs of sweet cure smoked back bacon, now £12.35 and 17% off 1kg of gourmet chicken drumsticks, now £8.40.
