Welcome to this week's edition of Frugal Food. We’ve got new and extended restaurant deals from Fire & Stone, Harvester, Bella Italia, NOW, Zizzi, Prezzo, ASK, Café Rouge, STRADA, Pizza Hut and Toby Carvery. We’ve also got 3 for 1 deals on pizza and scampi, 2 for 1 on flapjacks, a half-price Chinese meal deal, lots of 2 for 1 drinks offers, a new Giraffe breakfast deal, and the chance to grab 50 free Clubcard points!

Best supermarket deals
This week, we’re going to kick off with the best offers at Sainsbury’s. This hot chocolate fudge cake is down from £6 to £3, and there’s an excellent 3 for 1 deal on certain Goodfella’s pizzas.
Finally, Loyd Grossman sauces are usually £1.99 each - but you can now get two jars for £2.
At Tesco, there’s still a 2 for 1 deal on hot cross buns, meaning you get 12 for £1. There are also 2 for 1 deals on 400g packs of both Cathedral City and Pilgrims Choice Cheddar.
And there’s a 2 for 1 deal on various types of Fabulous Bakin’ Boys flapjacks. Still at Tesco, there’s also a 2 for 1 deal on no added sugar Robinsons Fruit & Barley squash.
Over at ASDA, good deals include this 2 for 1 offer on tinned mackerel fillets, and a better-than-half-price deal on McVitie’s cakes.
NETTO is currently selling four litres of milk for £1.50, 200g jars of Kenco Rappor coffee for £2, 40-packs of Golden Wonder crisps for £3, and four-packs of HP baked beans for £1 each.
Meanwhile, deep discounting rival LIDL is running an ‘XXL discounts’ promotion, with loads of good deals to be had. Bargains include bunches of spring onions for 29p, 1kg of lemons for 87p, 2kg of oranges for £1.49 and 750g packs of spaghetti for 45p.
At ALDI, new Super 6 fruit and veg deals include 125g of blueberries, 250g of cherry tomatoes and 1kg of new potatoes - all for just 69p each.
Over at the Co-op, you can now pick up British pork loin joints (900g) for £5, and 400g of pork mince for £2.
And finally, Morrisons offers include a 3 for 1 deal on Kintyre breaded scampi, and a half-price Chinese meal deal: You can now get a starter, half an aromatic duck, two main meals and two side dishes for £8.
Tipple
There’s a strong 2 for 1 offer running on various drinks - and some food - at Revolution Bars.
The offers on this voucher are available every day until 12th February - just print it out, tick which deal you want and present it at the bar.
Just be aware that it’s one deal per voucher, so if you want to take advantage of a few of them, you’ll need to print the voucher off several times!
It’s still possible to get a return ticket from Dover to Calais - plus six free bottles of wine - for just £19.
P&O is offering the trip, for a car and up to nine passengers, on this page of its website. Also included is a 2 for 1 voucher, which can either be used for breakfast or fish and chips onboard the ship.
To bag the deal, you need to book before 10th February and travel before 31st March this year.
Just bear in mind that you’ll need to grab your free wine on the outgoing leg of your trip. And if you leave on a Friday or Saturday, you’ll have to pay £5 extra.
New online shoppers with Tesco Wine can still get £10 off orders over £50.
To get the discount, enter the code XX7HFW at the checkout. Bear in mind that you need to order at least 12 bottles of wine, or six of Champagne. This offer runs until 27th February.

Cut price snacks
Giraffe is currently running a promotion offering selected breakfast items - plus a hot drink - for £5. This is in-restaurant deal, and can be grabbed Monday to Friday before 11am, until 25th February.
Meals on offer include scrambled egg and chorizo on a toasted muffin, morning quesadilla, eggs, bacon and toast, organic porridge, or a breakfast bap with two fillings.
Voucher codes
You can still get £15 off your first online shop with Sainsbury’s when you spend at least £75 and enter the code 4FTX-LLPD-V6VF at the checkout.
This offer must be redeemed by 8th February, and again is only open to new online customers.
