Welcome to this week's edition of Frugal Food. We’ve got new and extended restaurant deals from Pizza Hut, Toby Carvery, Zizzi and Sizzling Pubs. We’ve also got a new Dine In deal from M&S, great deals on Ben & Jerry’s AND Haagen Dazs, 3-for-1 Pringles, six free bottles of wine, a great Greggs breakfast deal, £40 of ASDA discounts, and money off at Pizza Express when you help a good cause!
Welcome to this week’s edition of Frugal Food. Let’s jump straight into the best grocery deals around.
Best supermarket deals
Today I’m going to kick off with the latest Dine In deal from Marks & Spencer. As usual, you can get mains, sides and desserts for two - plus a bottle of wine - for £10.
The latest offer runs from now until 2nd November, and you can view the full menu here.
At ASDA, good deals include 300g of Philadelphia, down from £1.97 to £1. The excellent Ben & Jerry’s offer is also still running, meaning you get two 500ml tubs for just £3.
Four-packs of Branston baked beans are currently half-price. And finally, 200g bags of Cadbury’s chocolate éclairs have been reduced from £1.68 to just 63p each.
Over at Sainsbury’s, six-packs of Muller Rice are down from £3.29 to £2 each.
There are 2 for 1 deals on lots of Bernard Matthews meat products and on various Innocent veg pots. And the big chocolate promotion continues, with several 1kg tins down from £10 to £5 each.
Tesco offers include a 2 for 1 deal on packs of muffins, which means you get eight muffins for £1.29. Large pumpkins are down from £1 to 50p each; and there’s a 2 for 1 deal on a range of Muller Fruit Corner multi-packs.
This 12-pack of Cumberland sausages is currently reduced from £4 to £2, and there’s currently a 3 for 1 deal on Sour Cream & Onion Pringles.
Finally, the 1kg tinned chocolate deal is going strong here, too - with lots down from £10 to £5.
At Morrisons, 160 bag-packs of Tetley tea bags are better-than-half-price, at £1.89. 1l bottles of Ribena and 26-packs of Walkers crisps are also half their normal price; and British leg of pork is down from £5.98 to £2.99 per kilogram.
Over at the Co-op, 1kg tins of chocs are even better than half-price, down from £11 to £4.95 each. And you can also pick up 500ml tubs of Haagen Dazs for £1.99, down from £3.98.
At NETTO you can pick up five tins of Heinz soup for £2, and Kellogg’s Variety eight-packs for just 89p each.
Whilst at LIDL, 500g packs of Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature cheddar are down to just £1.99. You can also get 1kg of courgettes for £1, six-packs of Muller Fruit/Crunch Corner yoghurts for £1.44, and 500g tubs of Utterly Butterly for 75p.
Finally, ALDI Super 6 fruit and veg deals include five lemons, 250g of fine beans, six oranges, 2.5kg of baking potatoes, seven fun-size apples and 500g of leeks - all for just 59p each.
Tipple
You can now grab six free bottles of wine - plus a day trip to France - for just £18 with P&O.
You’ll get a day return from Dover to Calais for a car and up to nine passengers, plus a crate of either JP Chenet red or JP Chenet white wine. And you’ll also get a 2 for 1 voucher to use on fish and chips or breakfast to use on the ship.
Just book online here and enter the code XmaswineDT in the box. Just remember that you need to claim your free wine on the outward leg of your journey.

Cut price snacks
At budget bakery Greggs, you can currently get a bacon or sausage breakfast roll - plus a freshly ground coffee or bottle of orange juice - for just £1.99.
The offer runs until 11.30am every day.
Visit IKEA 8th-12th November and you can grab a 2 for 1 deal on breakfast.
This means you'll be able to get two full cooked breakfasts - each consisting of a scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown, baked beans and tomato - for a total of just £1.55.
There's no voucher; you just walk in and claim the deal. Just be aware that it's not on offer at IKEA Dublin.
Finally, you can still get a free glass of coke when you register with Yates’s pubs. Just sign up here, print the voucher and take it to your nearest branch to claim your drink.
Voucher codes
This week’s deal is all about coupons, not codes: Spend over £40 at ASDA and you’ll now be given a coupon book, containing another £40 worth of discounts. The promotion applies to both in-store and online purchases.
The first set of ‘Green’ coupons - book one - will be valid 1st-14th November. The second set (‘Red’) will launch on 8th November, and be valid 15th-28th November.
Book one coupons offer money off dozens of everyday household items, from mince and yoghurts to tea bags and shampoo.
Voucher code promotions tend to be withdrawn quickly. You can use the following websites to track down new voucher codes as and when they come up:

Spend £5 in an Oxfam shop (or at Oxfam online) and keep your receipt. Then enter the receipt details at Pizza Express/Oxfam, and download a £5 voucher to spend at Pizza Express. Simple!
