Say goodbye to piles of paper and save time too – our new mortgage application form only takes 15 minutes to fill in!

Hiya, I’m Verity and I’m a product manager at lovemoney.com. We’ve been working on the mortgage area, aiming to make it simple to search for and apply for a mortgage. We’re particularly excited about our latest offering – an online mortgage application form.

Apply for your mortgage online

A mortgage application can be quite an effort, usually consisting of pages and pages of form filling. Now you can say goodbye to the piles of paper and save time too - our mortgage form takes just 15 minutes to complete!

Our new mortgage application form

It’s really simple to use.

All you do is start a mortgage search.

Search for your mortgage

When you find a mortgage that  suits you, click ‘Apply now’.

Apply for your mortgage

Then, just fill in the form!

All you need to hand are a couple of details like your national insurance number and salary reference number. But don’t worry, even if you don’t have these at the time, we’ll email your form to you so that you can come back to it later.

If you get stuck, you can ask our mortgage team any questions, either using instant chat or by dropping us a line.

It’s as easy as that!

If you try using the form, I’d love to hear how you get on. Please drop us a line with feedback at mortgages@lovemoney.com

Nosbort, I think that what is new about this is that you complete one form that will look at multiple lenders, find the best deal for you and then forward your details should you wish to apply. Thus saving you from having to fill in multiple forms. Sounds like a good idea to me! And yes, all you bah, humbugs out there, someone will make money from this service but isn't that what this site is all about? Making, safeguarding and spending your money wisely. Does spending 2/3 of your salary on chocolate and Heat magazine count as wise????

Spot on spacemonkey! (I think thats the first time I have said that in a sentence)

What's new and unique is you are sourcing your own mortgage using the whole of the market! You don't have to commit to having to speak to anyone or give up all your details to get someone to call you back its all at your fingertips!

But if you do need help then we have experts on hand that can speak to you via Instant Messenger or telephone either to take over or guide you through the process.

Do other people offer this? I guess they offer some of the features but not all of it. We did a lot of research with our customers and asked them exactly what they wanted. We then went and built it!
