We're very happy to announce a great new feature on lovemoney.com: customer reviews.

Hi I'm Lena (aka lovelindstrom) from the web team, jumping in as a guest blogger this week.

We're very happy to announce a great new feature on lovemoney.com: customer reviews. You can now read (and when logged in, you can write your own!) customer reviews on financial products.

We know we have a strong-minded, switched-on and helpful community, and we hope reviews will emerge as a destination for people with things to say... and people looking for some straight-talking information on what specific financial products are really like.

We've started off with reviews on credit cards but will soon launch reviews on other areas as well.

I want to review say the Virgin Credit Card, how do I go about it?

For each credit card that can be found listed on our site, we've created a review page. You can access these pages by clicking the search tab in our credit cards centre.

Found the credit card you wish to review? Click the 'Info' button for that specific card and then 'Customer reviews'. Each review pages has a review summary, individual reviews and a space to publish your own review.
