    Help!!! What has happened to the track app :-(

    Where has analysis tab gone? (this was one of the best features of Track)

    Why has all the graphical at a glance charts gone? (there seems to be a little icon at the top right of the page to witch between pie or chart but clicking it does nothing)

    Why are all my credit accounts now calculated as positive rather than negative totals?

    Where have all the account icons gone? Looking at transaction tab is just a data churn on the eyes.

    With such major changes - why was this not advertised (a demo version for customers) provided first? This is a common way to make sure that customers get used to something with big changes that they rely on day to day before being forced to use a new interface.

    Can you roll back to the old app that is working until all the issues are sorted?

    Why has the refresh balances button moved from the front screen. Not happy with new look at all!. This seems like a backward step.

    Hi,

    I understand Track is a free application - and therefore we can't expect the same sort of SLA agreements as we'd get if we paid for the service however;

    It's been 48 hours since the new app was launched. In this time I have written forum bug reports and sent an email to support@love.zendesk.com. I have heard nothing back. Others have been submitting bug reports as well. Seeing as you have just forced your customers, with no warning, to use a totally new interface didn't you anticipate you may be receiving just a few emails related to the app and therefore find it prudent to provide a bit of up front customer support for the first few days?

    I have only received one lovemoney email regarding this – and it’s all aimed at new customers – it’s advertising. Nothing has been provided with any substance or guidelines for existing customers.

    Could someone please provide some support for your existing customer base?
