HSBC log in changes

HSBC log in changes

Hi All,

As many of you have noticed HSBC have recently implemented a new log in system for its online banking customers consequently many HSBC accounts have been failing to update in tracker.

The new log in system uses MFA authentication and currently our tracker service is unable to support the new process. Our data partner is looking into changing the banking agent to see if a way around the MFA is possible.

Our development team are also trying to create a work around so that tracker can support HSBC.

I will keep all HSBC users up to date with this blog.

Regards,

Mandy

Still no update or work in progress comment? I'm with chaundy, I'd rather know and not waste my time if you can't resolve it. That said, I hope it is being worked on because I like your tracker and would rather keep using it.
