Beauty bargains

If you’re looking for a new summer scent, Feel Unique is offering £5 off when you spend £50 or more, or, £3 off when you spend £30 or more on fragrance. Use the code BLOOM5 or BLOOM3.

For one week only, Superdrug is cutting the price of sun care by up to two thirds and offering two bottles of kid’s sun care for £6, or two premium sun care brands (such as Piz Buin) are on offer at two for £12. These deals run until 20 July only.

Save 10% on the fab Burt’s Bees range at Wantthelook.com, and whilst you’re there, check out the Kerastase collection, now with up to 25% off!

Books & Games

Here’s my selection of the best buys this week for all you book worms:

• Save up to 65% in the summer sale at Amazon. Amazon also has the best price for Peter Mandelson’s controversial memoir ‘The Third Man: Life at the Heart of New Labour’ at just £11.25 and Adele Parks new release ‘Men I’ve Loved Before’ is just £7.50.
• There are some great deals on bestsellers at The Book Depository right now. Top picks include 41% off 'Everything is Illuminated' by Jonathan Safran Foer, now £5.26, and 50% off ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ by Elizabeth Gilbert, now £3.97, and 57% off bestseller ‘Superfreakonomics’, now £4.28.
• Finally, check out these brilliant bargains at Bananas. The amazing ‘The Children’s Book’ by A.S Byatt is now just £3 (saving you £15.99!) and you can grab the inspiration behind Slumdog Millionaire, ‘Q&A’ by Vikas Swarup for just 50p (saving you £12.49!). Delivery at £3.95 but if you spend over £25 it’s free.

Now on to the best gaming bargains this week:

• New number 1 across all formats, Crackdown 2 for the Xbox 360 is £36.50 at Coolshop.
• Pokepark on the Nintendo Wii is only £27.99 at GameGears, which also has the top price for God of War 3 (PS3) at £27.75.
• James Cameron’s Avatar for the Xbox 360 is just £9.93 at The Hut and you can save £42 on ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ (PS3) at Game, now just £7.99.

£5 return out of London

National Rail is offering Oyster card holders huge discount on Off-Peak rail fares to over 500 selected destinations in the South East and beyond until 25th July. Download your voucher at www.bestvaluefares.co.uk/oyster and present it at a London National Rail station ticket office along with your Oyster card.

Top hotel deals

Grab a room from just £18 a night with Accor Hotels, including breakfast, for stays up to 6 Sept 2010. Look out for budget hotel Etap which is part of the Accor chain – see the list of participating hotels here.

Save 50% on the ‘top secret’ hotels

At Lastminute.com selected hotels offer Lastminute bookers discounted rates giving you only the location, star rating and description – it’s only once you’ve paid that you’re told the name and details of the hotel but you can still expect great service and often some fantastic hotels (plus the desciription often gives you enough info to put into Google and sneakily find out which hotel it is).

Freebies for the kids!

If you’re treating the kids this year, you can get a free Disneyland Paris ticket with every car booking for Dover to Calais with P&O Ferries. And, if you want to escape to Alton Towers get this 2for1 voucher which expires at the end of the month.

Deal of the week
