Save even more money by searching around for a discount voucher code – right now for example, if you spend £100 or more online at Fat Face you can save £20 with the code HS10TW, valid until 10 July.

The best type of codes can be used on everything, including sale items, such as the extra 10% on any item at MyWardrobe.com with the code EXTRA10.

Sometimes, the many voucher code websites will have exclusive offers so it’s worth checking these out. At Vouchercodes.co.uk you can get free delivery at Debenhams and 15% off shoes at Cloggs.co.uk.

Books & games

Here are the latest and greatest deals on new releases, plus top prices on some old favourites:

• Head to Amazon for big discounts on new paperbacks, including 30% off The Squeeze by Tom Bower, now £6.99, and 45% off I, Alex Cross by James Patterson, now £4.38.
• You can also get Sizzling Sixteen by Janet Evanovich in hardback at The Book Depository for £13.09, reduced from £18.99, and you can save 52% on Terry Pratchett’s Unseen Academicals, now just £3.78.
• Elsewhere, there’s 60% off summer reading at WHSmith’s, including Jenny Colgan’s The Good, the Bad and the Dumped, now £2.80.
• There’s also 50% off new and recommended books at Waterstones, including Dead Like You (hardback) by Peter James, now £9.49, and 30% off vintage classics such as Brave New World by http://www.thehut.com/home.deptAldous Huxley, now £6.29, or To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, now £5.59.

• With England facing Germany in the next round of the World Cup why not test your own managerial skills with Football Manager 2010 for the PC? It costs just £8.93 at The Hut (RRP £39.99).

Relax and unwind with these deals on the best box sets and new releases and head to Amazon for up to 75% off TV dramas and Play.com for up to 75% off in the sale.

Cheap summer fun

Save up 50% off holidays with Macdonald Hotels, plus get a £15 voucher per room, per night to use towards golf, spa or dining with the voucher code SUM. As an added benefit, two children up to the age of 12 can go free. Book before 4 July 2010 for stays between 26 June and 6 September 2010.

If you’re looking for a cheap summer camp for the kids,  Do It 4 Real summer camps are the answer. For just £79, lower income families can buy a 5-night activity holiday for 10-19 year-olds.
